We are looking for Winter Warriors who don't mind being a little cold, have a lot of work and great pay! We are seeking reliable, client‑focused and safety‑minded individuals to join our snow removal team. Our team ensures safe and accessible properties for commercial, municipal, and industrial clients in Bergen and Rockland Counties. Responsibilities
As a Snowplow or Wheel Loader Operator
, you will:
- Operate heavy snow equipment, including shoveling, salting and clearing parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
- Maintain and inspect equipment before and after shifts.
- Work irregular hours, overnight, nights, weekends, and holidays during active snow events.
Qualifications
- Three years of snow removal and equipment experience.
- Valid NJ driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, punctual,and able to work safely in extreme weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the business.
Pay Rates
- Snow Shovelers: $35/hour
- Snow Plow Truck Operator: $40/hour
- Snow Equipment Operator: $45/hour
Benefits
