Everett Title is growing, and we are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Title Processor to join our team. As a Title Processor, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and efficient closing of real estate transactions. This position will require you to have experience in the role previously and will manage pre‑closing matters, working closely with all parties to gather, review, and organize the necessary documents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide order confirmations in a timely manner
  • Review real estate purchase agreements and title commitments to assist with processing files
  • Order essential documents such as HOA letters, payoffs, and utility information to clear title requirements
  • Resolve title issues to ensure smooth closings
  • Request title searches, surveys, and lien searches
  • Manage the closing process and ensure all steps are completed efficiently
  • Maintain accurate electronic records using Accu Title, documenting communication with all parties involved
  • Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with state laws and guidelines
  • Proactively inform escrow officers of any missing items or issues that could affect closing
  • Coordinate and schedule closings with all relevant parties
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and voicemails
  • Perform post‑closing duties as required
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Must have Title Insurance experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in math and basic title terminology
  • Basic understanding of title and escrow documents
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient in desktop computer operations and standard software applications
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry
  • Notary Public commission and Title Producer License
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues as they arise
