Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital is seeking a Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its Anesthesiology team in Wyandotte, Michigan. This hospital‑based role offers varied shifts, supervised practice, and the opportunity to provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a Level III trauma setting.

  40 hours per week, 8s, 10s, 12s, no call required
• Supervision:
  Supervised CRNA model
• Patient Population:
  Adult and Geriatric
• Procedures:
  General surgical cases (adult patients)
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Operating Rooms: 10
• OR Staff Support: RNs and Surgical Techs
• Reason for Coverage:
  Vacancies and leave of absence coverage

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

Travel: Local providers only; mileage reimbursed

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) [REQUIRED]
• Active Michigan RN License (must have in hand at time of presentation, no exceptions) [REQUIRED]
• BLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• ACLS Certification [REQUIRED]
• AANA Board Certification [REQUIRED]
• Experience in System Epic EMR - [PREFERRED]
• Clean Malpractice/License History [REQUIRED] (No exceptions)
• Willingness to work varied shifts [REQUIRED]
• Must be local - only mileage reimbursement- [REQUIRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]
