Required Skills:

  • Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
  • Must hold current state licensure in Michigan or be eligible
  • Proven experience in administering anesthesia across various surgical procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a supervised CRNA model
  • Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Prior experience in a Level III trauma setting
  • Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently when needed
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice, preferably in hospital settings
  • Previous experience in acute care or trauma environments is advantageous
Other Requirements:
  • Commitment to adhering to all hospital protocols and safety standards
  • Local residents preferred; travel reimbursements provided for eligible distances
  • Ability to start within 90-120 days of credentialing
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $167.50, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
