This is a relatively new campus of a well-established group of schools that opened in September 2022 providing comprehensive K–12 education, delivering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes (IB PYP, MYP, and DP) alongside Cambridge IGCSE and elements of the UK curriculum in the early years. Key Requirements       
1.Holder of Bachelor's Degree and teaching qualification (such as PGCD, BEd, MEd) with major in Secondary Education;

2.At least 5 years' of full-time experience in mainstream education. The school are specifically seeking candidates who have demonstrated experience working within bilingual or international school contexts in China. This on-the-ground experience is essential for leaders who can genuinely understand, navigate, and bridge the educational and cultural expectations of both East and West.
3.At least 2 years in school leadership team；     
4.High proficiency in English;

5.Ability to integrate teaching and management for the Curriculum that the school has developed during the tenure;

6.Demonstrated knowledge of and vision for the future of educational practice;

7.A passion for education and excellence;

8.Ability to inspire colleagues, to accept responsibility, to show in their actions and decisions firmness, fairness, consistency and integrity;

9.Comprehensive knowledge of IB DP framework, issues and trends in international education;

The school is located in Wuhan which is also known as "River City," and is the capital city of Hubei Province, located in central China, at the confluence of the Yangtze and Han Rivers.
