Customs And Logistics Administrator

RSW have a fantastic opportunity working for an established aerospace company.

Responsible for ensuring all logistics administration tasks are completed accurately and on time, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Goods In area. The role involves managing goods receipt and shipping data, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring import/export compliance, and supporting customs and 3PL activities.

• Manage import and export compliance through customs brokers
• Oversee Inward Processing and Customs Warehouse documentation (Commercial Invoices, Bills of Discharge, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Transport of Dangerous Goods regulations
• Control and coordinate the Goods Receiving area and notify stakeholders of arrivals
• Maintain accurate stock records across ERP and inventory systems
• Upload and manage shipping data
• Raise purchase orders for logistics consumables
• Support warehouse, shipping, and 3PL activities when required
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., AvSight, SAP, Quantum)
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and databases
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem‑solving ability with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude
