T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a start up software company where you’ll be joining a growing software development team of 3 working remotely across the UK, focused on delivering clean, maintainable code and robust APIs to power both mobile and web platforms.

• Remote (UK-based)

As PHP Developer key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, maintaining, and scaling backend systems using Laravel
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs
• Connecting and managing payment provider integrations (e.g. Stripe, Pay Pal)
• Collaborating with front-end and mobile developers to ship end-to-end features

To be successful as PHP Developer, you will need the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, MySQL, and building scalable backend services.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, especially payment gateways (Pay Pal, Stripe, Worldpay, Sagepay for example).
• Solid understanding of REST, security best practices, and debugging.
• Bonus:
  Linux server management and exposure to cloud hosting platforms like AWS or Azure.
