Challenge Events Coordinator Salary 16,200.00 (FTE £27,000.00) per annum Permanent, part-time 22.5 hours Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that make a real difference? Join our dynamic fundraising team at Nightingale House Hospice and help us deliver inspiring challenge events that raise vital funds for patient care. As Challenge Events Coordinator, youll plan and deliver an exciting portfolio of UK and overseas challenges from adrenaline-fueled adventures to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Youll also support individuals taking on their own personal challenges, guiding them every step of the way. What youll do:
Coordinate all hospice-led and third-party challenge events, ensuring safe, well-organised and memorable experiences. Build strong relationships with participants, providing motivation, fundraising advice and exceptional supporter care. Manage event budgets and income targets, ensuring a strong return on investment. Work with our Marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive sign-ups and engagement. Represent Nightingale House Hospice at events, briefings and community activities.
What were looking for: A creative, organised and enthusiastic individual with experience in event planning or fundraising. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Passion for making a difference and delivering outstanding supporter experiences. Why join us?
