* We have a job vacancy for a service Technician at ML Commercial Services Ltd, a family run business based in Ruabon Wrexham. We cover the northwest for breakdowns recovery, servicing, repairs and diagnostics. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Service technician.

* Inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of HGVs , trailers , tankers and industrial engines.

* To undertake all work to a MOT standard

* Application of preventative maintenance routines.

* To accurately use and interpret outputs from vehicle diagnostic equipment using Xentry and jaltest. not essential training given.

* Qualified HGV Mechanic with City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent

* Be able to undertake all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair

* Can work on own initiative or as part of a team.

* Can communicate between different departments

* Able to complete job cards accurately

* HGV licence – preferred but not essential. Opportunity to work towards this once probation period is passed.

Working hours available 40- 50 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm

Paid per hour negotiable on experience.
