Door Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location:
Hospitality Venues
Reports To:
Venue Manager / Security Manager
The Door Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well‑being of customers and staff within hospitality venues. This role involves maintaining a visible security presence, managing entry and exit points, and responding professionally to incidents to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and control access to the venue in line with licensing and company policies
- Maintain order and prevent anti‑social or unsafe behaviour
- Conduct s and manage capacity limits when required
- Respond to incidents calmly and proportionately, using conflict management skills
- Work closely with venue staff and emergency services when necessary
- Complete incident reports accurately and promptly
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
Part‑time, flexible shifts based on venue requirements
