- Support daily operational activities within back-of-house and minimal-customer-facing retail areas
- Accurately check goods against delivery documentation and report discrepancies
- Organise, label, and store inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records
- Assist with stock transfers, replenishment, and internal distribution
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of all backstage and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide operational support to management and retail teams to ensure smooth store functioning
