Production Operative

Overview

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who are comfortable working as part of a team and following clear processes to ensure products are prepared to the required standards.

• Working on a production line supporting the manufacturing or packing of products
• Packing finished goods and preparing them for dispatch
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operating basic machinery where required (full training provided)
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times

• Previous production, warehouse, or factory experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail when checking and packing products
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
