Competitive, dependent on experience £14.50 - £18.50 Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Swindon, who specialise in producing high-quality shop fittings and retail fixtures. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join their busy and skilled team.

The Role Manufacture and assembly of shop fittings and retail counters Final finishing of joinery products Solid surface work and laminating Working from technical drawings Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship Optional site work when required

The Ideal Candidate Minimum 3 years experience in a joinery manufacturing environment Relevant joinery/carpentry qualifications Skilled in assembly and final finishing

Experience with solid surface materials and laminating Able to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail Strong communication skills Able to work to deadlines Must have own tools This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with overtime available for the right candidate.
