FLT Driver

Food Production FLT Driver We are recruiting for Food Production FLT Driver in Bristol - Bradley Stoke with immediate start. 4 in / 4 off including weekend 12 hours rota:
Day shift: 06:00 - 18:00 - £13.40/h and overtime £16.75/h Night

Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 - £14.40/h and overtime £18.00/h This is an ongoing role with potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate. Please check if the location is suitable for you:
Unit 4, Distribution Pk, Hawkley Dr, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 0BF
. Duties:
* Multi Skilled - able to be deployed to any warehouse area as necessary.
* Responsible for the following shop floor equipment: o FLTs o Hand Pallet Trucks/Electrical and Manual o Pallet Wrap Machine o RDTs Scans o IT Equipment o Waste Equipment o Recycling Equipment o Loading docks and Roller Shutter Doors Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Knowledge of the FMCG Warehouse area desirable
* Food Safety Level 2
* Health and Safety Level 2
* Good level of Literacy and Numeracy skills
* Good Communication skills
* Excellent team player
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good level of English
* Attention to detail.
* IT Skills Desirable These may be trained or developed. These do not all need to be in place at recruitment

Additional Requirements:

* We require Candidates to hold a valid & current Counterbalance Truck licence (assessed / refreshed within the last 5 yrs) with a high level of operating experience.
* We would prefer candidates to also hold a current PPT licence (Powered Pallet Truck).
* Experience of warehouse picking is also required due to the nature of our business.
* This work is within a chilled warehouse environment (operating at 2 degrees).
* A valid Reach Truck licence would be a nice bonus, but it is not essential.
