About the RoleWe are looking for a Learning Program Methodologist to design next-generation learning programs that go beyond lectures and quizzes.

You will be responsible for learning architecture, simulation design, measurable outcomes, and ensuring methodological integrity across the entire learning system.
Key Responsibilities- Design structured learning programs (modules, progression logic, milestones)
- Define measurable learning outcomes
- Develop practice-based and simulation-driven experiences
- Establish clear success and completion criteria
- Translate competencies into behavioral scenarios
- Design structured simulation flows
- Ensure alignment between learning objectives and assessment logic
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to implement adaptive mechanisms
- Develop soft skill and meta-skill evaluation models
- Define progress and performance metrics
- Connect learning results to digital profiles and role readiness
- Build skill-gap frameworks
- Define role-specific competency frameworks
- Design development pathways from current to target level
- Create structured recommendations for professional growth
1) Education & Background
- Strong understanding of competency-based learning
- Experience with simulation-based or adaptive learning is a plus
- Background in organizational psychology or HR development is an advantage
- Ability to convert abstract skills into measurable behavioral indicators
- Clear distinction between content creation and learning architecture
- Ability to design learning as a structured development journey
- Experience or interest in working with digital learning systems
- Understanding of branching logic and adaptive pathways
- Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, etc.)
- Professional English proficiency
- Deep interest in the intersection of education, psychology, and technology
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments
- Proactive and accountable
