Hybrid (Reigate) Industry: IT Managed Services About the Role We are seeking a Technical Consultant to bridge the gap between pre-sales and delivery, with a primary focus on designing and delivering cloud migration projects for our clients. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions during the sales cycle, then leading successful implementations that drive real business value. This is a hands-on consultancy role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape cloud migration proposals, ensuring solutions are both commercially viable and technically sound.
* Engage with clients to understand their business needs, current IT environments, and migration objectives.
* Design cloud migration strategies and architectures (public, private, and hybrid), producing high-quality documentation and solution designs.
* Lead the technical delivery of cloud migrations, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
* Provide subject matter expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, security, and modern workplace solutions.
* Act as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong client relationships.
* Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and handover to managed services teams.
* Stay up to date with cloud technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings. Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in designing and delivering cloud migration projects in an IT services or consultancy environment.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (AWS and GCP beneficial).
* Proficiency in areas such as networking, identity management, security, and governance in cloud environments.
* Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead delivery teams.
* Experience working in IT Managed Services or MSP environments. Desirable:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect).

Experience with M365 migrations, hybrid environments, and legacy infrastructure transformation. Knowledge of automation, Dev Ops, and cloud-native services.
