We are seeking an experienced Band 7 Sonographer to join a dynamic Gynae/Obstetrics team in Wrexham. This ongoing locum position offers the flexibility to shape your schedule while advancing your career in a supportive and professional environment.

• Conduct and report specialised ultrasound examinations in gynaecology and obstetrics with precision.
• Uphold high standards of practice according to departmental guidelines, remaining accountable for all actions.
• Perform general abdominal, DVT, gynaecological, and other specialised scans.
• Experience in small parts or musculoskeletal (MSK) scanning is advantageous.
• Ensure patient care, comfort, and reassurance throughout the ultrasound process.
• Collaborate with the team to discuss findings and participate in continuous professional development.

• PG Dip in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent from a CASE-accredited UK university.
• Exceptional candidates without obstetric experience but with strong expertise in general, gynaecological, testes, DVT, and groin examinations are encouraged to apply.
• Attendance for a face-to-face interview on-site is required.
