• Professionally lead and take continuing responsibility for the development and maintenance of a quality body fluid exposure service for relevant staff in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work closely and communicate effectively with managers and staff employed by the Purchaser to ensure an effective working relationship
• Act as a resource of clinical expertise for managers and staff within the contracted service and the Trust OH team
• Develop protocols, guidelines and patient information that reflect evidence-based practice and undertake audit

• Have knowledge of recent DHSC/HSE/UKHSA legislation & recommendation
• SCPHN qualification
• Awareness of emerging trends and changing emphasis within the sphere of OH and Commercial health services
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Commitment to driving clinical governance standards
• Ability to be flexible, responsive and dynamic
• Motivation and commitment to continuous learning and development
