Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Trainee Assessor in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in assessing and supporting individuals across diverse health and social care settings. As a Trainee Assessor, you will gain hands-on experience in evaluating client needs, creating tailored care plans, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives while advancing their career in health and social care. Essential Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery. Full driving license and access to a vehicle. Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
Desirable Relevant training experience and a recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) Welsh speaking
