Responsibilities- Provide critical support to The Wallich projects by covering short- or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in rotas to ensure high-quality support for service users at all times.
- Cover both planned shifts and short-notice shifts as they become available.
- Adopt a flexible approach to relief work with no obligation to take every shift offered; workers can choose how much or how little to work depending on available shifts.
Projects are located in Wrexham and Flintshire and work with homeless men and women aged 18 and over. The service provides residential support aimed at meeting individuals’ needs, promoting independence and a sustainable move-on.
Requirements- This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
