As a Carer on nights
, you’ll be helping to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a safe, supported environment.

You’ll:

• Support residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Work closely with the care team to maintain individual support plans to a high standard
• Build positive, trusting relationships with residents
• Record and manage care delivery using IT systems (full training provided)
• Be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and unsocial hours
• Approach challenges with compassion, resilience and a positive mindset

We’re looking for people with the right values and attitude — experience is important, but your compassion and commitment matter most.

You will need:

• NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
• Social Care Wales Registration (we’ll support you through this)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic IT skills (full training provided)
• The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

This role requires an Enhanced DBS check
, which we pay for.

• NVQ/QCF Lefel 2 o leiaf mewn Gofal Iechyd a Chymdeithasol, neu barodrwydd i weithio tuag at y cymhwyster hwn.
• Sgiliau cyfathrebu da – yn ysgrifenedig ac ar lafar.
• Defnyddio TG a systemau cynllunio gofal – cewch hyfforddiant a chefnogaeth lawn.
• Y gallu i weithio’n annibynnol ac fel rhan o dîm.
• Cofrestru gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru unwaith y bydd y cymhwyster yn ei le.

• 25 diwrnod o wyliau tâl + Gwyliau Banc (yn cynyddu i 30 diwrnod).
• Cyfle i brynu neu werthu dyddiau gwyliau.
• Cyfraniad pensiwn cyflogwr hyd at 8%.
