Salary£27,500 – £29,451
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring students in a real‑world spa environment.
- Manage client appointments, support departmental promotions and stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments.
- Collaborate with curriculum educators and spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions.
- Assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximise bookings and achieve retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.
- Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy (or Level 3 working towards Level
4). - Previous experience of facilitation or mentoring within a spa or wellness context.
- Extensive experience of working in the hair and beauty industry.
- An understanding of the equity and inclusivity challenges faced in the Hair & Beauty industry.
