Spa Therapist

Yale

Fixed Term (Until January 2027) / Full Time (37 hours a week)

£27,500 – £29,451

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments to clients while mentoring students in a real‑world spa environment.
• Manage client appointments, support departmental promotions and stay updated on the latest spa products and treatments.
• Collaborate with curriculum educators and spa staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Work with community groups to develop workshops and networking sessions.
• Assist in maintaining spa supplies, maximise bookings and achieve retail and rebooking targets set by the Commercial Hair & Beauty Manager.

• Level 4 Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy (or Level 3 working towards Level
  4).
• Previous experience of facilitation or mentoring within a spa or wellness context.
• Extensive experience of working in the hair and beauty industry.
• An understanding of the equity and inclusivity challenges faced in the Hair & Beauty industry.
