Your Potential
RCT Council is preparing to recruit to its Graduate Programme, offering fantastic opportunities to work in a vibrant environment, learn new and transferable skills, meet people from a range of backgrounds and develop a professional career in Rhondda Cynon Taf. All Graduate Officers will be supported to complete either a Level 4 Project Management qualification or job‑related technical training (all fully funded) as part of the programme.

The Governor Support Service provides comprehensive training, guidance and assistance for governors across Rhondda Cynon Taf. We remain committed to supporting you in improving outcomes for children in Rhondda Cynon Taf schools by offering high‑quality training, expert advice and practical support. Our aim is to enable you to confidently and effectively fulfil your roles and responsibilities, contributing to strong governance and sustained school improvement across the authority.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role is ideally suited to someone who embraces new challenges and is eager to develop a wide range of skills. We are looking to appoint an individual who is adaptable, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
Essential Criteria- A minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
