Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range £25,000-£27,000 per annum with bonus

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role
:
Being a member of the Corporate Actions team the Senior Analyst executes routine and complex transactions with general supervision, referring the most complex and risk‑related transactions to management. The role interacts with customers to assess problems and gather information that must be escalated, develops an understanding of operational procedures and systems, and undergoes training to keep pace with operational changes and to develop subject‑matter expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute operational processes by following documented procedures and job aids, and make suggestions on improving process and efficiency. Handle specialized workflows, resolve exceptions, and assist with complex inquiries.
- Takes ownership of workload, ensuring deliverables are met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical time frames and managing competing priorities.
- Builds knowledge of department controls, aligning risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, and escalates appropriately.
- Maintains a steadfast focus on client service, responding to inquiries timely and accurately, and resolving issues promptly.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution, process improvements, and risk reduction.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills, actively engages in meetings, displays curiosity to learn and grow, accepts feedback, and applies it to the role.
- Facilitates training sessions for junior team members as directed by management.
- Participates in projects and initiatives.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day‑to‑day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk, escalating appropriately.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed For Success:
- Previous data entry and analysis experience helpful.
- Knowledge of the Financial Markets desirable but not crucial.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- MS Office proficiency.
