• Manage the financial performance of three subsidiary companies, taking ownership of month‑end close processes and management accounts.
• Provide project‑level financial analysis, including charity and manufacturing/cost accounting.
• Support operational leaders with decision‑making, pricing, and margin improvement.
• Lead budget setting and monthly forecasting for the subsidiaries.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting processes.
• Experience with cost or project accounting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• A relevant professional qualification (or equivalent experience).

• Fixed‑term contract (12 months).
• Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
• Based in offices in Wrexham or St Asaph.
• Annual salary IRO of £46k – £50k depending on skills and experience.
