I'm delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm based in Wrexham. Due to continued growth and their acquisitive journey, my client are looking for a Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.
You will be joining a fantastic organisation and working in brilliant offices with endless amenities.
You will be responsible for preparing management accounts for individual group entities and contributing to all areas of the finance function to support streamlining processes and continuous improvement. You will also support the wider business by providing insightful financial analysis.
Key Duties:
- Timely preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Month end journal posting
- Prepayments and accruals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end and ad hoc reporting
- Monitoring business performance against budget and forecast
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Support with the preparation of the monthly board pack
About You:
- Currently working in a similar management accounts role and having exposure to the full month end process
- Fully-qualified Accountant
- Strong IT skills - particularly around Excel
- Great communicator and able to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
