The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes during teacher absence and ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused, and supported. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Build positive relationships with pupils and staff Support the schools inclusive and ambitious ethos Contribute to a calm, safe, and productive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate :
