Image Sales Executive – Tate St Ives

Tate Images is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive on a fixed‑term contract to manage and negotiate image sales, licences, rights, copyright clearance and invoicing for the Tate commercial image library.

• Respond to image requests, up‑sell images, and identify new sales avenues for Tate’s image content.
• Build excellent customer relations with clients and handle requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Investigate, catalogue, and promote new content to clients for licensing and future income generation.

• Experience with in a picture library or knowledge of the photography licensing industry.
• Experience negotiating fees and image rights with a variety of clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of UK and International copyright law.
• Excellent customer service, time‑management and communication skills.
• Passion for art and the aims of Tate.

• Full‑time, fixed‑term contract – 6 months (possible extension for another 6 months).
• Reporting to the Image Licensing Manager.
