A reputable social housing contractor in Wrexham is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to establish positive relationships with residents during maintenance works. You will provide information and support, manage appointments, and act as the primary contact for tenants. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in face-to-face customer service, a full driving license, and a current CSCS Card (ideally). The position offers a competitive salary plus benefits including a car allowance.
