Proactive Personnel are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join their clients team based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

* Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently

* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

* Updating and maintaining customer records and internal systems

* Assisting with day-to-day office operations when required

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload

* Basic computer and administrative skills

* A positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
