Customer Account Advisor

Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen Inbound call handling Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward Update the in house system with any progress You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions.

Salary DOE £26-28k - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
