Internship : Tiktok Content Creator

Asan (  ) is an award-winning social enterprise with a mission to empower women with comfortable period care, eradicate period poverty and reduce plastic waste. Working at the Harvard Innovation Lab, Asan developed a patented menstrual cup with a unique removal ring that is extremely easy to use.

For every cup we sell, Asan donates one for free to someone who doesn’t have access to safe period care. Along with our menstrual cup, Asan has an extensive range of other period products, including Period Underwear, our One Drop Cleanser and the Asan Self-Care Journal.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Tik Tok Content Creator based in the UK to help grow our presence on Tik Tok. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, authentic short-form videos that resonate with a UK audience and align with our brand voice. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Tik Tok trends, understands what performs on the platform, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

• Create and edit Tik Tok videos (trend-led, educational, relatable, and UGC-style).
• Stay up to date with Tik Tok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to the UK market.
• Ideate content concepts aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Film content independently (self-shot) and deliver on a regular schedule.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on briefs, feedback, and iterations.
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Opportunity to write blogs, attend events and get involved in other aspects of Asan’s work.

• Based in the UK.
• Proven experience creating content for Tik Tok (personal or brand account).
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends, storytelling, and hooks.
• Comfortable on camera and confident speaking to an audience.
• Ability to edit videos using mobile or desktop tools (Cap Cut, InShot, etc.)
• Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
