We are currently seeking a Performance Products Supervisor for the North West England and North Wales area. You will be a key member of the sales team focused on the sales of construction material products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities for new business
- Support commercial staff with account visits in the promotion of the Performance Products and Solution Selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, eg: customers, site staff and local contractors
- Co-ordinate with all functions prior to and during supply to ensure excellent customer service and product quality is provided
- Customer site support of the Performance Products range including customer training and demonstrations, deliver internal and external training courses
- Offer expert technical and product advice to internal and external employees
- Support operational staff to ensure consistent quality products are produced
- Pre supply site checks to ensure preparation work is carried out correctly
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of any complaints involving Performance Products
We are looking for someone who has a good commercial understanding of concrete accompanied by a sound technical knowledge. As a commercially focused individual you must be able to identify and drive opportunities to enhance the sales of our performance products range and provide key customer support.
You will be expected to work under your own initiative and build key relationships, both internal and external, within your area of responsibility.
Essential Requirements- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Technical product knowledge
- Driving Licence and are willing to commute within the North West England and North Wales area
- Good communication skills
- Able to manipulate data into reports
- Good IT skills
