** WHAT YOU’LL DO
*** Lead end-to-end product development across complex or high-value projects, from initial concept and feasibility through to production, launch, and post-launch review
* Own and drive product category strategy, identifying long-term opportunities for growth, innovation, and range optimisation
* Manage and develop relationships with suppliers, overseeing performance, quality standards, lead times, and continuous improvement
* Lead supplier negotiations at a strategic level, securing competitive pricing, favourable terms, and sustainable margins
* Deliver detailed costings, pricing strategies, and commercial analysis to support business decisions and margin targets
* Ensure all products meet required quality, compliance, and due diligence standards, proactively managing risk throughout the development process
* Identify emerging market trends, technologies, and customer needs, translating insight into commercially viable product opportunities
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing performance
