Key Responsibilities:
Setting up new customer contracts on the internal system Arranging bin deliveries and removals Planning and coordinating vehicle routes Liaising with drivers and customers on a daily basis Rerouting vehicles when required to resolve operational issues Maintaining accurate records and updating management systems Supporting with general office and administrative duties What were looking for:
Experience working in a fast-paced transport or logistics office (planning/routing vehicles is highly desirable) Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to work well as part of a team
Working Hours:
