Job Introduction

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Reception Administrator to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for visitors. This role combines reception, administrative, cleaning and porter duties to ensure the building is maintained to the highest standards in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will support both the on-site team and client personnel by carrying out a variety of operational tasks across the site.

What

you’ll do
  • Deliver a professional front of house service, acting as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Carry out receptionist and administrative duties accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with SLAs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
  • Operate cleaning equipment, tills and digital systems in accordance with training and procedures
  • Report maintenance issues, hazards or faults promptly to ensure timely resolution
  • Comply with all Health & Safety, COSHH, security and site‑specific procedures
  • Support catering, mail room and meeting room setups when required
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, uniform and PPE compliance
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries or complaints professionally
  • Participate in training and team meetings and offer flexibility to cover additional hours when needed

  • Essential: Commitment to following Health & Safety and quality procedures at all times
  • Essential: Ability to identify required standards and complete tasks accordingly
  • Essential: Team‑focused with the ability to support colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Essential: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Desirable: Ability to work independently using own initiative
