Join Our Friendly Reception Team at Ruabon Road Dental Practice

Are you warm, organised, and looking for a rewarding role in a supportive professional environment? Ruabon Road Dental Practice in Wrexham is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming Reception Team.

Based in the heart of Wrexham town centre, our well-established practice provides both NHS and private cosmetic dentistry, with the added convenience of free on-street parking.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:20am to 5:20pm (1 hour lunch)

Friday: 8:20am to 4:20pm (30-minute lunch)

Your Role

You will be the first friendly face patients see, creating a warm and professional welcome while keeping the reception running smoothly. You will manage appointments, handle enquiries, and support the wider team with efficient and accurate administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and checking in patients, ensuring records are complete
  • Booking, managing, and confirming appointments
  • Handling telephone, email, and online enquiries
  • Presenting treatment plans and processing payments
  • Managing lab work bookings and dispatch
  • Following up outstanding payments and missed appointments
  • Responding to new patient enquiries and introducing services
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and strict confidentiality
  • Supporting the clinical and management team as needed
About You
  • Friendly, professional communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Well organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems (dental software experience helpful but not essential)
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
