Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Wrexham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You will play a key role in supporting customers through the ordering process, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment by working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role is primarily email-based, with minimal phone communication required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer quotes and orders
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Booking transport and liaising with couriers
- Processing invoices, returns, and credit notes
- General administration and data maintenance

- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A proactive, team-player attitude
- IT literate (Microsoft 365 desirable)
