The Director of Nursing (DON) will oversee all nursing operations in a long-term care facility serving older adults. This hands‑on leadership role involves managing staff, ensuring high‑quality care, maintaining compliance, and supporting day‑to‑day operational management.

• Lead a fully staffed, low‑turnover nursing team in a stable, supportive environment
• Work on a spacious, serene campus with a calm, home‑like atmosphere
• Focus on resident care, staff leadership, and operational excellence—without Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement pressure
• Competitive salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year
• Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week) for work‑life balance

• Lead and supervise all nursing staff across 3 shifts, supporting morale, professional development, and accountability
• Oversee resident care, including assessments, admissions appropriateness, documentation, and incident management
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support facility operations, including governance, policy updates, and staff hiring processes
• Serve as a point of contact for families, tours, and admissions‑related discussions once fully onboarded

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 3 years long‑term care experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience with geriatric care and multi‑shift nursing leadership
• Knowledge of incident management, policy development, and documentation standards
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email, messaging) and familiarity with EMR systems preferred
• Familiarity with state systems:
  Virtual Gateway, vaccination tracking portals, Mass Mutual Aid Emergency Plan tools
• Doctoral degree preferred, but extensive experience in LTC leadership accepted
• Must be comfortable commuting to Wrentham, MA Monday‑Friday
