Part Time Cleaner

Job Summary:

TLC Janitorial, a family-owned professional cleaning company, is seeking a Part
-Time Coverage Team Member to maintain the highest quality of cleaning in various facilities. This position offers flexible evening hours and involves reporting to the office in Wrentham, MA.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain the highest quality of cleaning in offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, and industrial facilities.

* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

* Report any issues noticed during shifts.

* Train current and new employees in proper cleaning methods.

Qualifications:

* Must have reliable transportation.

* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including varying shifts and weekends.

* 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred.

* Experience with floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing) is a plus.

* Knowledge of carpet care (extracting, shampooing) preferred.

* Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check.

* Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check.

* Proficient in English for effective communication.

* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay Range $19.00-$20.00 per hour
