Education and Experience- Associate's degree equivalent to four (4) years of experience
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to eight (8) years of experience

This position supports the Community and Family Wellness Services Department (CFW) and the staff. Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies and monitoring administrative projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, routing mail, and organizing documents.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including petty cash balance, making purchase orders, and disputing account balance discrepancies.
- Utilize various software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Survey Monkey to develop letters, forms, brochures, and reports.
- Assist program divisions with registration, inventory management, and event set up/breakdown.
- Coordinate and complete off-site travel arrangements and reconciliation for department personnel.
- Take notes and prepare minutes for staff or department meetings while adhering to organizational confidentiality standards.
- Prepare professional memos, emails, letters, and other correspondences for stakeholders, partners, and agencies.
- Cover Administrative Assistant I position, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
