Sales Representative – Roofing & Exteriors.
Earn $65K–$120K+ | No Roofing Experience Needed. Must Live in Ohio.

At Spot On Roofing & Exteriors, we train motivated people to run inspections, talk to homeowners, and close real deals. You’ll work in the field for appointments and from home between them.
What the Job Looks Like- Drive to scheduled inspections (you must live in Ohio).
- Meet homeowners and explain options clearly.
- Follow our step-by-step sales process.
- Use financing and warranties to help customers say yes.
- Manage your schedule independently.
- Willing to learn.
- Comfortable talking to peoples.
- Open to coaching.
- Motivated by commission and growth.
- Paid training & ongoing coaching.
- Base pay + commission.
- One-day installs (easier sales).
