The NOW Massage Worthington is seeking a Part‑Time Licensed Massage Therapist who values flexibility, professionalism, and guest connection in a calm, elevated boutique environment.

This role is ideal for therapists who:

• Balance another job, school, or family
• Prefer part-time hours without sacrificing earning potential
• Want to work in a supportive, non-clinical setting
• Still enjoy access to high-demand shifts

• Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to guest needs
• Perform modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching techniques (based on training and certification)
• Deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience
• Maintain treatment rooms and follow boutique standards
• All supplies are provided
• Support a positive, team-focused culture

• Active massage license or certification in the state of practice (must be presented during the interview and maintained throughout employment)
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage; additional modalities are a plus
• Open to both experienced therapists and newer graduates who demonstrate strong technique, professionalism, and a passion for massage therapy
• Availability during prime earning periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to work in a wellness-focused, guest-centered environment

• Sustained mobility for several hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Strong manual dexterity and tactile sensitivity
• Ability to perform massage services and room resets safely and effectively
