• Exposure to multi-entity billing, health and pension plans, and nuanced financial operations

• Execute monthly health and pension plan billing for multiple entities with up to 300 participants

• Manage accounts receivable from invoicing to deposits, ensuring accurate reconciliation

• Serve as the first point of contact for local billing inquiries, account changes, and research requests

• Lead daily bank deposits and monitor returned transactions in collaboration with finance teams

• Partner with leadership to review and improve processes for accuracy, efficiency, and reporting

• Proven experience in complex billing and accounts receivable in an accounting/finance environment

• Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data management

• Strong attention to detail with a process improvement mindset

• Reliable, able to commit to the full assignment duration
