The Company is seeking a Vice President, Treasurer to lead its financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including cash management, risk assessment, capital markets, and banking relations. This role involves managing financial reporting, tax compliance, international accounting, and consolidations, as well as overseeing the treasury and real estate teams to support the company's financial health and strategic goals.

Specific duties for the Vice President, Treasurer include cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, financial statement analysis, and investment strategies. The role also requires the development of cash targets, oversight of the organization's debt portfolio, and the implementation of strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and cost of capital.

Applicants must have at least 15 years of treasury and finance experience, with a minimum of five years in senior treasury roles. Experience in capital structuring, particularly with a focus on bond refinancings and liability management, is critical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management systems, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree. The role also demands proficiency in BI tools for reporting and analysis, as well as a proven track record in driving automation and technology integration to enhance treasury processes.
