Deliver Legendary Customer Service through the GURA framework (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, Appreciate the customer);
Organize and prioritize store workflow; assign duties and manage daily planner;
Perform opening/closing procedures and deposit handling;
Operate the cash register and supervise cash handling; assist Team Members with policies and procedures;
Ensure the safety and well-being of birds and maintain poultry holding areas; enforce loss prevention standards
