Job Description

Worthington High School is seeking a Co-Head Robotics Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will work collaboratively with the current Co-Head Robotics Coach to oversee and support the robotics program.

Job Summary: The Co-Head Robotics Coach will assist in planning and facilitating team practices, mentoring students in robotics design and competition preparation, and supporting overall team organization. The coach will help promote teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation while preparing students for robotics competitions.

Qualifications: Experience in robotics, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous coaching or mentoring experience is beneficial. Candidates should have a strong interest in helping students grow academically, socially, and personally while developing teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
