- Primary Location 1216 Ryan's Road Ste 3
- Part of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
- Scope of Practice Outpatient only Family Medicine-full cradle to grave care
- Providers work in a team setting
- NO CALL unless you are waiting for baby to be delivered
- Great Benefits single insurance is free and no premium increase in 2 years
- CME
- Malpractice and Tail covered at no cost to you
- Time Off (includes sick, vacation, holiday and CME) equals to 36 days per year
- Excellent Salary
- Sign On bonus
- Relocation
- Built in patient base-very busy
- Monday-Friday
- Women's Center- 5 LDRP, 425 deliveries per year
- 5 bed ICU/CCU
- NICU Level 2
