Line Chef – Mostly Day Shifts (Some Evenings in Summer).

Join the award-winning team at The Perch – a busy, independent beachside café restaurant serving great food from breakfast through to late afternoon, 364 days a year. We’re known for stunning views, warm hospitality, and a vibrant mix of takeaway and dine-in service.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and plate dishes to spec
Manage grill, salad, takeaway, and pass sections
Handle deliveries, stock rotation, and waste control
Keep the kitchen spotless and well-stocked
Support the Head Chef with orders, hygiene, and training

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a busy kitchen
Food hygiene certificate
Grill/pizza experience (a bonus)
Organised, clean, and calm under pressure
Great communicator and team player
Passion for food and high standards
