We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team on-site in Worthing. The Sales Consultant will interact with clients to understand and fulfill their property needs, manage listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate deals to ensure successful sales or lettings. This role also involves building long-term client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about the property market trends in the area.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales and customer service within a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of property markets, marketing techniques, and client management
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities to coordinate property listings and viewings effectively
• Proficiency with digital tools, online platforms, and CRM systems
• Local knowledge of Worthing and surrounding areas
• Full UK driving license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience in real estate or similar industries is advantageous
